MOSES LAKE – An 18 year old Moses Lake man was arrested early Sunday morning for attempting to allude police.

A Grant County Sheriff’s Office deputy attempted to stop a 2017 Ford Mustang driven by Marco Martinez-Valencia of Moses Lake around 1:15 a.m. Sunday. The deputy said Martinez-Valencia was driving over 100 MPH on SR-17 near Moses Lake.

Martinez-Valencia appeared in court on Monday afternoon. Bail was set at $1,000, his arraignment is set for May 5.
