OTHELLO — Multiple injuries were sustained in a rollover accident near Othello on Wednesday afternoon. The car vs. semi incident happened at the intersection of State Route 26 and Booker Road.

Few details have been released as of this publication. A 1997 Ford Explorer collided with an eastbound semi-truck. The Explorer came to rest on it’s side on the north side of the intersection. One person was transported to Othello Community Hospital with minor injuries. The driver was transported to a Tri Cities area hospital by a Life Flight helicopter.

Adams County Sheriff’s Office, Washington State Patrol, Adams County Fire District #5, Othello EMS and Life Flight all responded to the scene.
