MOSES LAKE – An 81-year-old Othello man was arrested for assault on August 18 for allegedly inappropriately touching a woman shopping at Safeway.
Gene Lippincott, of Othello, was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail after police responded to the store at approximately 3:20 p.m.
