MOSES LAKE — A suspect has been arrested in a March shooting that left a Moses Lake man with non-life-threatening injuries. Moses Lake Police say their department arrested Samuel Ramirez for first-degree assault and drive-by shooting. The driver of the car Ramirez was riding in has already plead guilty in their involvement.

The March 8th shooting, near the intersection of Stratford and Maple in Moses Lake critically injured a 32-year-old male.

Ramirez was located at a residence in Soap Lake.

The operation was a joint effort involving the “US Marshals Violent Offenders Task Force and the Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team,” according to an MLPD release.
